My self-care ritual includes...
having a couple of hours to myself at both the start and end of the day. This looks like staying off my phone and not replying to messages before 9am, going for long beach walks with my dog, enjoying a coffee and a swim in the sunshine, journaling or meditating, cooking nourishing meals, and doing restorative movement.

These rituals help keep my nervous system regulated and allow me to feel grounded and in my best energy.
A clean-living swap I’ll never go back from is...
It’s hard to choose just one, because I truly believe in doing everything we can to reduce our toxic load, especially when it comes to what we put on our skin, into our bodies, and use to cook and clean with. So many everyday skincare, beauty, cooking, and cleaning products contain harmful chemicals that can disrupt our hormones, impact fertility, and affect our overall health. Once you know better, you really can’t un-know it!
