A brief overview of yourself, what do you do for work, leisure and your self care journey.
My name is Grace, I am first and foremost a mum and a wife! But I really enjoy being a yoga instructor, a content creator and helping women to become their best, most authentic version of themselves through yoga, mindful movement, meditation and manifestation ♡ My yoga journey started after having my third daughter, as blessed as I was, I felt my box ticking was complete and I wanted more. I felt stuck, unmotivated and was yearning for something different. I always liked the idea of yoga and wanted to try it, after my first few classes I was hooked. From there, I managed a consistent home practice, which led to me completing my YTT, and from there I was able to build a career and a lifestyle I truly love.
What self care rituals do you resonate with the most?
The self care rituals I most resonate with most are: meditation, restorative yoga and spending time in nature.
Speaking of your experience, why do you think Aromatherapy plays a role in good self-care habits?
I really love incorporating aromatherapy in my self care practices because I love to indulge all my senses to help me come to a place of deep rest and relaxation. It's the most perfect way to invite the body and the mind into almost a trance! It's amazing the way a familiar scent can bring back a feeling, an emotion or a certain memory taking the body to a state of bliss.

Auric Alchemy products help me to create the perfect environment for my self care ritual because I trust the ingredients are non toxic, there are zero harmful ingredients such as synthetic fragrances, they smell so amazing and they are packaged so beautifully whilst still keeping the environment in mind. List your top three "self - care must haves"
I wish more people knew self care doesn't have to be expensive! People think about luxe spa days, extravagant shopping sprees and fancy dinners! But self care can be as easy and as simple as being barefoot on grass, staring out into a body of water, treating yourself to a nutritious AND delicious meal and self massage.
Simply put, aromatherapy can simply elevate these experiences. One really only needs a small bottle of their favourite scent in a spray mist they can take anywhere with them. In addition to this, I also recommend an electronic diffuser because you can simply set it and forget it, but still enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy in your home throughout the day. And finally, I love incorporating self care into daily habits! For example I say my mirror affirmations whilst doing my skin care, so a set of go to affirmations are a must!
