I love this spray, it has been such a beautiful add to my night time wind down ritual preparing my body for a good nights sleep. I lights candles and spray all around my room and yoga mat before doing my evening stretches and then spray my pillow before sleep. I am sleeping so fast and so deep since I added this to my ritual.
